ProSensIt is an instrument specifically designed for reliable measurement of dust content at the outlet of dust collectors. This measuring instrument can provide the emitted dust concentration in the form of trend signals or absolute values (calibrated).

1 principle

ProSensThe basic working principle is the frictional electric effect. If the type of dust to be tested remains unchanged, the measurement result is proportional to the concentration of the dust, and even if the dust accumulates on the probe, the equipment can still measure correctly. Based on past experience, this device can provide accurate test results and requires minimal maintenance.

4、Installation and application examples

ProSensThe device can be installed in metal pipes. After determining the installation position, it is necessary to drill a hole in the track wall so that the sensor mounting base is welded in a position perpendicular to the pipeline. Insert the sensor probe into the base and secure it with several positioning screws.
